Church of the former Segorbe Mercedarian convent, being the only remains of the former convent building preserved. Completed in 1693 and blessed in 1695, this constitutes the height of Segorbe ecclesiastical baroque, with outstanding sequences in the former diocese such as the parish church of Vallanca (Valencia). The building, with a single nave, four segments and presbytery and side chapels, has an internal structure developed with compound pilastered sections and projecting cornices decorated by large leaf patterns, the cannon vault being covered with lunettes. The most interesting part of the temple is the stucco work, the chromatic variations of whites and greys of the plasterwork and the exceptional pattern of tones of the graphite in the sgraffiti, all recovered and restored for this event.

The most important late 17th and early 18th century works have been placed in this setting, outstanding items located in their chapels for the exhibition, special mention being due to the canvasses of the altarpiece doors from Andilla parish church, made by the Ribalta workshop, which have a special place in the frontage of the presbytery, the beautiful canvas of Father Francisco Jerónimo Simón's Vision of Christ Crucified, by Francisco Ribalta, and an impressive selection of pieces of ornaments and precious metalwork of the time, with the best 18th century altar sacring tablets from Andilla, Jérica and Chelva.
