Last Sunday the first vice-president of the Spanish Parliament's
lower chamber, Francisco Camps, and the Secretary of State
for Social Security, Gerardo Camps, visited The Light of Images
of Segorbe exhibition and signed its book of honour.
Francisco Camps considered that "as an undertaking, The
Light of Images exceeds all expectations. Not only due to
its work in the recovery of the rich Valencian artistic heritage,
but for the publicity which this work is given through the
exhibitions which display the vast and at the same time unknown
heritage which all we Valencians have". Gerardo Camps
stressed " the importance of conserving the heritage,
not only through the importance or the value of art, but because
this is a reflection of Valencian culture. The chronological
conception of The Light of Images of Segorbe is an interesting
way to learn of our history through different artistic expressions".
